Prior to joining Evercore ISI, he held senior research positions at Barclays, Citi, and Deutsche Bank. With expertise in master planned communities and residential land markets, Tony advises many of the state's most active developers, homebuilders, investors, and landowners. Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization, he served as Vice President of Land Disposition for The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation's premier master planned community developers.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Columbia Business School, Tony brings a unique blend of real estate, finance, and leadership experience to the discussion on California's evolving land and housing markets.
